BIOL 4300 Senior Thesis

Students worked independently on annotation projects.  This was not done in a classroom setting - they worked on their own computers on their own time and checked in with me once a week to talk about their progress and issues.  At the end of the semester, the students shared their work in a formal presentation to the department.
